The Threads Between Intangible Value and Conservation

By: A.D.L.S.

Abstract: It is important to understand the evolution of intangible values in contemporary art, especially public, and the way that these changes affect conservation decision making processes. This is investigated here through Eduardo Chillida's sculptures. They will show that the cultural identity an artwork may continue to grow and change its nature from contemporary art to monumental art.

Target Audience: Professionals of Conservation
